- Caught up in the romance of noble deeds and the pursuit of unreachable goals; idealistic without regard to practicality.
This is basically the antithesis of my personality. But I do have a couple shining moments in my past – moments where I have let go of my deliberative nature and just allowed myself to *be* instead of thinking, analyzing, planning. While I do admire the pursuit of high goals, I don’t believe that there are unreachable goals when you are following the Lord’s path for your life.
So, this is my own version of Quixotic Antics:
- Passionately pursuing the desires God has placed on my heart
- Loving others without regard to self or practicality
- Serving those that are less fortunate without asking “What’s in it for me?”
- Trusting and believing God, and that He will always bless us when we live according to His Word
- Shining a light to the world so that they might see a glimpse of Jesus Christ through my words, actions and life
